HVC avoids financial misfortune and simplifies administration

When HVC's administrative partner was taken over by a different energy supplier, the company had to find a new solution for invoicing and programme responsibility. Invoicing is now handled internally, but programme responsibility has been outsourced to PVNED. "That's a specialist's job.
